Who We Are

ACKRUTI SAFEGUARD SYSTEMS PVT. LTD. (ASSPL) [previously known as ACKRUTI SECURITY PLATES PVT. LTD.] has been specially floated to set up manufacturing and implementation facilities of High Security Registration Plates (HSRP) system for motor vehicles in India. It is a part of HUBTOWN LTD. (a leading Real Estate Company).

ASSPL has developed a state of the art manufacturing facility at Navi Mumbai, for the manufacture of HSRP and is capable of manufacturing all the  machinery and ancillary equipment required for the manufacture and fitment of HSRP. The software required for the implementation has  also been developed by ASSPL.

(previously known as ACKRUTI CITY LTD.) is one of the leading real-estate development companies of India (based in Mumbai), with diversified interests in residential, commercial and infrastructural development projects. The other associate companies and firms of the conglomerate have operations in the areas of architectural consultancy, infrastructure development, real estate management institute and have diversified into manufacturing activities.

ASSPL is a TAC (TYPE APPROVAL CERTIFICATE) holder and a C.O.P. (Conformity of Production) holder for HSRP for Compliance to the Central Motor Vehicles Rules (for the New High Security Registration Plates). This certificate has been issued by The Automotive Research Association of India (ARAI) which is one of the five approved certifying bodies for HSRP.

ASSPL is currently doing the implementation of HSRP for the State of Tripura since July 2012.
